1- Unplug the Dashcam micro-usb power cord from the Dashcam and remove it from the windshield bracket by sliding the Dashcam towards the passenger side of your vehicle
2- Once the Dashcam is removed from the bracket, locate the white label (as outlined in the image below). This label will display the serial number, which is begins with “S/N: DCP——–“.
3- Please enter the serial number after the DCP prefix exactly as it appears on the label, ensuring to include all punctuation and numbers.
EX: Serial numbers will start with the following sequences: DCP10—– , DCP1.1——- , DCP1.2——-
